I had a very disappointing phone interaction with this business. I called and introduced myself professionally, but before I could even properly explain the reason for my call, the person who answered responded with extremely aggressive and disrespectful language and abruptly ended the conversation. I completely understand that a business may not be interested in a service or may not want to receive calls. A simple “No, thank you” or “Please remove us from your call list” would have been perfectly reasonable. However, the level of hostility displayed during such a brief and otherwise professional interaction was completely unnecessary. How someone communicates with others, especially while representing a business, says a great deal about the level of professionalism one can expect. Based solely on my direct phone interaction, I was extremely disappointed with the way the conversation was handled.

Edgar does exceptional work!! I am greatly pleased with the work he did on my 2013 Nissan Rogue! It did not take long at all. Customer Service was top tier! Pricing top tier! Completion of work top tier! 10/10. If you are looking for a reliable body shop this is the place to come! Thanks again.

It must be friends and family leaving these good reviews. He charged me $500 dollars to fix my car and I'm still having the same problems. I took my car back 3 times and him and his nasty attitude talking over me and not listening won't own up to it. I feel so taken advantage of because I'm a female. If I was a man he would never talk that way.

Edgar did body repairs to our Suburban and Infiniti. We had a wonderful experience and were extremely satisfied with his attention to detail when making the repairs. We highly recommend Approved Auto Body!
